Ordering On Line

If you are an international customer looking to place an order, please place the order online as per usual. When going through to the 'check-out' section of the website, please enter your details and the country that you live in. Please put any other neccessary delivery details into the 'delivery comments' section.

In the shipping section of the website, the only option should be 'shipping quotation'. This means that a special shipping quote and costing will be organised for your order.

PCX's web site will always include Australian GST (tax) however international orders do not need to pay GST. The pricing for your order quote will be adjusted to remove Austrlian GST. To calculate the price excluding Autralian GST, you may divide the prices by 1.1. This quote will be emailed to your email address and require approval.

Order Payment (Excluding NZ & Norfolk Island)

Generally PCX does not accept credit cards from International Customers due to the risk of credit card fraud. PCX does not accept PayPal.

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment which carries an additional AUD$20.00 which is charged by banks for all international transfers.

Where your payment method is EFT (bank transfer) you will need to arrange the funds transfer for the total amount including bank fees.

Note that transfers do not appear in our account for a few days from international bank accounts.

Shipping & Insurance

The only shipping method is Express Post International which enables insurance and tracking for parcels.

Postal Insurance is a mandatory extra for international shipping. Insurance is charged at $7.00 AUD per $100 order value. For example, an order value of $200 will have an insurance charge of $14 AUD added. Additonally parcels will require a signature upon delivery to you.

It is possible for you to organise an alternative shipping method from your end (E.g. DHL, FEDEX). Payment will still need to be made by EFT prior to PCX releasing goods. If you choose to use your own courier company, you are liable if goods get lost. PCX does not take responsibility for other freight companies reliability. To choose this method, please put your request into 'comments' section or 'delivery details' section during the online order process.

Customs, Duty & Taxes

International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. PCX is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

Returns & Replacements: If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise.

Privacy: As your privacy is important to us, we strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.

New Zealand Customers

The only shipping method is Express Post International which enables insurance and tracking for parcels.

A shipping quote will be provided by PCX via email. You will need to approve or disapprove the shipping costs within one week of this quote or your order will be cancelled. Please check your email if expecting a shipping quote.

Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is equivelant to 10% of web-advertised prices and is removed from international orders.

Credit cards are accepted from NZ customers, however, this is at PCX's discretion

Norfolk Island Customers

Norfolk Island customers are eligible for Ex GST prices.

The GST is equivelant to 10% of web-advertised prices and is removed from Norfolk Island orders.

Express post is preferred method for sending items to Norfolk Island as it can take months to send goods by normal post and there are no tracking numbers.

Express Post satchels work out inexpensive for goods that are under 5kg or under 3kg that are not to bulky. It usually takes a week and you will be emailed a tracking number.

Larger parcels can be shipped Express Parcel or by normal post but the customer must understand that normal post does extend the delivery time significantly.

Verification

Orders are subject to PCXs verification procedure. For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or through our secure upload page.
Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers.
PCX reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.
