Credit Cards
PCX accepts credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa and Amex).
We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments unless stated otherwise,
for example, if you have a cash quote or cash order only.
PCX does not accept Diners Card, BankCard or PayPal.
It is the customers responsibility to pay on time and with correct credit card details.
Our online order processing system is secure and credit card details are safe. If
your credit card is declined when we attempt to process your order, you will be
contacted by phone or email. If we do not make contact with you we will leave a
message and then you must contact us with correct details. Orders with extended
declines and no customer response will be cancelled after one week. The billing
address on the order must match the billing address associated with your credit
card.
Credit card fraud is illegal in Australia. Customers who have been found using someone
else's credit card details will have their details forwarded to the authorities.
Electronic Funds Transfer
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a payment method by which the customer transfers
money into the PCX bank account.
This is most commonly done using Internet Banking.
The PCX bank details are:

Note there is an additional $20.00AUD fee for overseas transfers.
-When making an EFT, please leave your order, quote or invoice number as the reference
when making the EFT so that we can easily identify payments are from you.
-Payments usually show up in our account the following day after you have made payment
(depending upon your bank). PCX will ship your order out once funds show in the
account.
-If you would like to send us a remittance advice, please email it to info@pcx.com.au.
Please do not send hard copies as we would like to reduce paper wastage.
-We accept electronic funds transfer - we DO NOT accept cash or cheques deposited
into our account.
-Do not transfer money until we have agreed on the total cost (including S & H).
Cheques & Money Orders
PCX accepts bank or company cheques and money orders.
Payments are to be made payable to "PCX Pty Ltd"
Do not send the cheque until we have agreed on the total cost (including S & H).
Please include your order or invoice reference when mailing the cheque.

Account Trading Terms
If you would like to start up an account with us, please contact us for an application
(info@pcx.com.au).
If your account application is approved, you will be notified of your account reference
and trading terms.
If you already have an account with us, your order must be placed by means of an
official purchase order with a purchase order number.
Payments must be made within your trading terms and preferrably by EFT payment only.
We do not allow accounts to be paid by credit card.

If you are a Government School or Department, you automatically have trading terms
with PCX. An official purchase order is required.
Verification
Orders are subject to PCX's verification procedure. For your protection, you may
be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is
legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and
back), which can be transmitted by fax.
Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email.
For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime
and evening phone numbers.
PCX reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not
verifiable or when fraud is suspected.
Australian GST
GST stands for Goods and Services Tax and is applied to all goods and services within
Australia. Web advertised prices are inclusive of GST as the default but there are
online options you can choose to see the excluding GST prices. Trade prices are
often listed as excluding GST.
Norfolk Island is exempt from GST. Orders placed by Norfolk Island residents will
have this tax removed from their orders.
Overseas orders will also have this tax removed.
