Help Department
This department is where we try to provide information on commonly experienced issues.
Needless to say, we continually strive to make our web site 'easier to use' and take on commonly asked
questions to see if we can make the answers more obvious.
This department is split into two areas, firstly On-Line Help, where we provide on-line user's guide for the most common navigational and how-to issues.
The second area is intended to help with decoding the jargon and abbreviations used across the site. Technical terms used are explained in plain English.
The third area addresses commonly asked questions and provides answers
