PCX accepts credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa and Amex).

We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments unless stated otherwise, for example, if you have a cash quote or cash order only.

PCX does not accept Diners Card, BankCard.

It is the customers responsibility to pay on time and with correct credit card details. Our online order processing system is secure and credit card details are safe. If your credit card is declined when we attempt to process your order, you will be contacted by phone or email. If we do not make contact with you we will leave a message and then you must contact us with correct details. Orders with extended declines and no customer response will be cancelled after one week. The billing address on the order must match the billing address associated with your credit card.

Credit card fraud is illegal in Australia. Customers who have been found using someone else's credit card details will have their details forwarded to the authorities.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a payment method by which the customer transfers money into the PCX bank account.
This is most commonly done using Internet Banking.

The PCX bank details are:
Bank: BankWest Sydney CSC
Branch no: 302100
Account no: 0780931
Account Name: PCX Pty Ltd

For deposits from outside Australia you may also need the Swift code: BKWAAU6P
Note there is an additional $20.00AUD fee for overseas transfers.
We may also accept PayPal for purchases outside Australia, however we will need to provide pricing that excludes Australian GST and includes shipping costs that need to be manually calculated (our on-line shipping calculator only supports Australian destinations).

-When making an EFT, please leave your order, quote or invoice number as the reference when making the EFT so that we can easily identify payments are from you.
-Payments usually show up in our account the following day after you have made payment (depending upon your bank). PCX will ship your order out once funds show in the account.
-If you would like to send us a remittance advice, please email it to info@pcx.com.au. Please do not send hard copies as we would like to reduce paper wastage.
-We accept electronic funds transfer - we DO NOT accept cash or cheques deposited into our account.
-Do not transfer money until we have agreed on the total cost (including S & H).

PayPal

PayPal is owned by Ebay and is a service for individuals or businesses which allows for purchases over the Internet using funds deducted from a credit card or bank account. Using the PayPal service, an account is first established which is free of charge.

This PayPal account is then "linked" to either a credit card and/or a bank account. Once this "link" has been verified by PayPal, the user can then transfer money from the credit card or bank account into their PayPal account. It is then possible for users to make purchases over the Internet by simply paying for goods with their PayPal balance.

When a purchase is made, the specified amount is then transferred from the buyer's PayPal account into the seller's PayPal account.

A significant benefit of PayPal is that buyers do not need to disclose credit card details to the seller.

We may also accept PayPal for purchases outside Australia, however we will need to provide pricing that excludes Australian GST and includes shipping costs that need to be manually calculated (our on-line shipping calculator only supports Australian destinations).

Personal accounts to buy with are free of any charges except where there is currency conversion, Merchant/Business accounts are charged between 1.1% to 2.9% + a fixed fee of about 30¢ per transaction.

It's fast. It's easy and it's secure!
